The Adams State Grizzlies, featuring former Windsor High School standout Jaklynn Harteker, lost 12-8 to the Regis Rangers in an NCAA Division II softball game on Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m.
Action took place at ASU Softball Field in what was the fourth contest this season between the teams. The Grizzlies also dropped their earlier Sunday matchup to the Rangers, falling by a score of 8-1.
Pitcher Jaklynn Harteker entered the circle for two innings, where she issued one walk and tallied one strikeout.
The Grizzlies return to play at 12 p.m. on Friday, March 6, at the Assembly Athletic Complex against the Metro State Roadrunners.
