Big Sky Conference releases 2026 fall soccer schedule for Northern Colorado

The Big Sky Conference announced on Apr. 30 its 2026 fall conference soccer schedule, outlining matchups for Northern Colorado that include games against new league members Utah Tech and Southern Utah.

The release of the schedule is important as it provides clarity to teams and fans about upcoming competition and travel plans. It also highlights the inclusion of new conference members, which will bring fresh matchups to the season.

Northern Colorado will play a nine-game conference slate, facing each Big Sky opponent in an effort to secure a postseason berth. The Bears’ campaign features five home games against Idaho, Eastern Washington, Portland State, Montana, and Northern Arizona. Away games are scheduled at Utah Tech, Southern Utah, Weber State, and Idaho State.

Conference dates begin with Idaho visiting on Thursday, October 8. Other key dates include hosting Eastern Washington on Sunday, October 11; traveling to Utah Tech on Thursday, October 15; facing Southern Utah away on Sunday, October 18; returning home for Portland State on Thursday, October 22; hosting Montana on Sunday, October 25; playing at Weber State on Thursday, October 29; visiting Idaho State on Sunday November 1; and concluding with a home game against Northern Arizona on Thursday November 5.

The announcement signals preparations are underway for what is expected to be a competitive year in Big Sky women’s soccer.
