Northern Colorado men’s golf announced on April 26 that Kaelen Dulany and Cooper Tate have earned All-Conference honors, according to a statement from the league office.
These recognitions highlight the strong performances of both athletes during the season. Dulany was named First Team All-Conference in his first year with the Bears. He won the individual title at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational in September, becoming the program’s first tournament winner since 2022. His final-round score of 64 ties for the third-lowest 18-hole score in school history, and his three-round total of 202 is second all-time at Northern Colorado.
Tate received Second Team All-Conference honors after finishing near the top in several tournaments this season. His best result was a runner-up finish at the Bluejay Invitational. Tate also shot a low round of 66, tying for seventh-best in program history, and recorded a three-round total of 205 at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational, which is tied for third lowest all-time for Northern Colorado.
Both Dulany and Tate contributed significantly to their team’s achievements this year, setting new marks in school records while helping elevate Northern Colorado’s performance throughout the season.
The Up & Down Club continues to support UNC Men’s Golf by providing resources such as travel assistance and enhanced nutrition opportunities aimed at helping student-athletes compete successfully.
