Former Windsor High School pitcher Jaklynn Harteker took the field for the Adams State Grizzlies on Sunday, March 1, at 11 a.m., as her team was defeated 8-1 by the Regis Rangers in NCAA Division II softball action.
ASU Softball Field served as the venue for the contest, which marked the teams’ third meeting of the season. The previous matchup on Saturday, Feb. 28, saw the Grizzlies take a 4-2 victory.
Harteker yielded five earned runs in 1.2 innings pitched, tallying six walks and one strikeout.
The Grizzlies are set to face the Regis Rangers again Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m. at ASU Softball Field.
