On Saturday, March 14, Matias Aldana—an alum of Frederick Senior High School—helped lead his current team, the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets, to a 67-64 victory over the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The game was held at Kenneth E. Burg Center at noon and marked the team’s first contest against the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals during the tournament.
The Black Hills State Yellow Jackets are scheduled to play again on Sunday, March 15 at 5 p.m. at Kenneth E. Burg Center.
