Northern Colorado men’s golf finishes seventh at Compadres Collegiate

Northern Colorado men’s golf team completed the Compadres Collegiate tournament in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, finishing seventh out of nine teams after the final round on Tuesday.

Kaelen Dulany led the Bears, tying for 16th place overall with a score of +9. He maintained consistent performance throughout the three-day event and was Northern Colorado’s top individual finisher. Cooper Tate finished close behind, tying for 19th at +11.

Other contributors included Rowan MacDonald, who tied for 37th at +19; Lucas Raoul, who placed 44th at +21; and Tommie Clark, who tied for 50th overall. Takato Imoto competed as an individual and finished in 56th place at +50.

The team gained experience competing against a strong field as they continue their spring season.

Next, Northern Colorado will participate in the Loyola Intercollegiate hosted by Loyola Maryland from February 15 to 17 at Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, Arizona.
