Northern Colorado volleyball announced its 2026 fall schedule on Mar. 23, setting up a new season following last year’s championship run and NCAA Tournament appearance.

The announcement comes after the team secured its eighth tournament championship in the previous fall and delivered a competitive performance in the NCAA Tournament, where they played Creighton to five sets in a closely contested first-round match. This postseason effort demonstrated Northern Colorado’s resilience against top national programs.

Head coach Lyndsey Oates said the Bears will use this momentum as they prepare for another challenging campaign. The upcoming schedule includes non-conference tournaments and key home matches at Bank of Colorado Arena, offering fans multiple opportunities to watch the team compete.

Conference play remains central to Northern Colorado’s goals as they seek another league title. With returning players and new talent joining the roster, expectations are high for continued success throughout the season.

The full schedule features notable home games against teams such as Wyoming, UC Davis, Denver, Air Force, Utah, Montana, Eastern Washington, Idaho, Weber State, Southern Utah, and Utah Tech. The Big Sky Tournament is scheduled for Nov. 23-25 with potential advancement to NCAA Tournament rounds in December.
