Northern Colorado Volleyball will compete against No. 3 Creighton in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, following the announcement on Selection Sunday. The match is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, in Omaha, Nebraska.
The Bears secured their spot in the tournament with a 17–15 overall record and an 11–5 record in Big Sky Conference play. Their performance this season led to their eighth Big Sky Championship since 2022, granting them an automatic entry into the NCAA Tournament.
Creighton enters the matchup with a 25-5 overall record and an undefeated 16-0 mark in conference play. The Bluejays recently won their sixth consecutive Big East title after defeating Xavier in straight sets.
