Yuma School District issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
We have received one new positive COVID-19 case in our Yuma High School Community.
The positive individual is currently in appropriate isolation following Health Department guidelines. Students and staff who had direct exposure will receive a contact form school district officials and should receive follow up information in coordination with the Health Department on quarantine guidelines and expectations.
This puts us at only 1 active case district wide currently. We will continue in Green Zone protocols.
