Of the 2,697 people living in La Salle town in 2019, 49.8 percent (1,344) were women and 50.2 percent (1,353) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 788-to-706. In the 65 and over age range, there were 162 females and 140 males.
