Census Bureau: More men than women in Custer County in 2019

Of the 4,776 people living in Custer County in 2019, 48.9 percent (2,334) were women and 51.1 percent (2,442) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,191-to-1,152. In the 65 and over age range, there were 834 females and 883 males.
