Of the 193 people living in Atwood CDP in 2019, 40.4 percent (78) were women and 59.6 percent (115) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 93-to-54. In the 65 and over age range, there were 24 females and nine males.
