City of Greeley residents can take an online survey now and attend a workshop on June 8 to offer opinions on housing, business, and community amenities options in the 10th Street neighborhood.

The project aims to identify the types of current and future housing needs with a focus on 10th Street between 23rd and 30th Avenue.

Online Survey

The survey is available in English and Spanish on the City's Speak Up Greeley website. It seeks to gather information on how residents experience the 10th Street neighborhood and what they want to see in the area, including design and development ideas for the neighborhood. The survey will remain open through May 18, 2023.

Community Workshop

The city also will be holding a second in-person public workshop from 5:30 -7 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the Greeley Recreation Center, 651 10th Avenue, Room 101. English and Spanish meetings will be held concurrently. The workshop will focus on discussing the feedback received from the survey and further developing the 10th Street subarea plan. The room is ADA-accessible.

About the Project

The effort is designed to collect feedback from the public for the “At Home in Greeley” project. The project is funded in part by a Colorado Department of Local Affairs grant.
