Former University High School athlete Taryn Kravig and the Coe Kohawks were defeated 57-48 by the Bethel Royals on Saturday, March 7, in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
Robertson Center hosted the 7:45 p.m. contest, which marked their first tournament meeting with the Bethel Royals.
Women’s basketball teams from Weld County received $1,555,338 during the 2024 season, down 0.2% from the previous year.
Women’s basketball teams from Logan County received $208,558 during the 2024 season, down 2.4% from the previous year.
Will Gordon will join Northern Colorado men’s basketball after helping lead his high school teams to multiple state championships. Coaches say he brings versatility as well as leadership skills both on and off court.
