Logan County issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
DRIVE-THRU COVID-19 TESTING TO OPEN IN STERLING FOR 3 DAYS
There will be a mobile COVID-19 test site in Sterling for three days, Sept. 29-Oct. 1.
This will be held as a drive-through test site by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment at the Logan County Fairgrounds in Sterling at the following times:
Tuesday, September 29, 2 pm-6 pm
Wednesday, September 30, 10 am-2 pm
Thursday, October 1, 8 am-noon
The testing is open to anyone, it is free of charge and you do not have to have a doctor’s note nor do you have to have symptoms to receive the test. Be prepared to complete a short form prior to the test which can be done right from your vehicle.
Individuals attending the mobile testing site are asked to follow CDC guidelines as applicable, including social distancing, hand sanitizing, and wearing face coverings.
