Washington County Colorado Treasurer issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
Due to Covid restrictions the location of the tax lien sale has been moved. The sale will take place at the Washington County Event Center located at 552 West 2nd.MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER &ATTEND THE SALE
Pre-registration is from 8:30 am to 9:50 am on site. Please have your SSN or FEIN number with you to complete the paperwork. Please arrive early enough to get registered and pick up your buyer’s number before the sale begins.
